Description
This program provides the skills, concepts, and teaching experience required to become an effective SSI Assistant Instructor/Dive Control Specialist. You will learn the SSI Teaching System and philosophy, how to assist with Open Water Diver programs, and how to independently teach a variety of SSI training programs. Candidates who complete this program earn the SSI Assistant Instructor/Dive Control Specialist certification.
Minimum Age: 18
Must have Divemaster Certification and 60 logged dives
Takes 4 days
The course includes all educational materials, free eLearning, instructor, certification, all dives, tanks, weights, drinks and fruits on board.

It is very common now that most diving organizations offer the so called E-Learning. This means that the theory part can be completed online with SSI, and will minimize your time in the classroom allowing more time to concentrate on the practical part… diving! All you need is a computer, tablet or smartphone and internet access. Full HD Videos, modern graphics, animations and great pictures make home studying much more fun, as you are the one who decides when to study which module. Each step will be documented, and we will receive a notification of your progress. You are only going to spend a short time in our classroom, to discuss the course with your instructor, possibly answer some further questions and write a final exam.
